As reports indicate that Yanga have sent striker Emmanuel Mwanengo out on loan, the club has already secured his replacement.
The Tanzanian champions are reportedly set to complete the signing of Mashujaa FC striker Hussein Juma Mihambo.
Sources close to the transfer say Yanga have finalized the deal for the highly rated 19-year-old forward.
Mihambo joins the club as a domestic player, strengthening Yanga's attacking options ahead of the new season.
Yanga were keen to reinforce their frontline after loaning out Mwanengo, while another striker, Clement Mzize, remains sidelined with an injury and is not expected to return until December.
The club has therefore returned to the transfer market as part of its squad rebuilding plans for the 2026/27 season.
