As fans await the conclusion of the current campaign, Yanga SC management has already begun early plans to rebuild the squad ahead of the upcoming season.
Reports from within the club indicate that the Tanzanian champions have started preliminary transfer processes, aiming to significantly strengthen the team for both domestic and international competitions next season.
After a relatively quiet performance in the previous major transfer window, Yanga are now expected to be more deliberate and strategic, ensuring that every position requiring reinforcement is addressed with the right signings.
Sources within the club suggest that Yanga are planning major changes to their foreign player contingent, with at least seven new international signings reportedly being targeted once the transfer window officially opens.
If the plan materializes, it would mean that out of the current 12 foreign players in the squad, only five are expected to remain, while the rest will depart due to contract expirations or not fitting into the technical bench’s plans.
