Yanga defender Mohamed Hussein, known as Zimbwe Jr, has said all players are fully prepared for the Premier League match against Simba scheduled for tomorrow Sunday at Isamuhyo Stadium.
Zimbwe Jr said the team understands the importance of the match in their bid to defend the league title for a fifth consecutive season.
Despite acknowledging the strength of their opponents Simba, he insisted that Yanga also has a strong squad and will aim to improve their performance to secure victory.
"We players are well prepared and we will complete our final training session this evening. We are confident of performing well tomorrow because everyone understands the importance of the three points," he said.
"Everyone knows the quality of our opponents, but we also know our strengths. We will work on our weaknesses and improve on our strengths. We believe we will collect all three points tomorrow," he added.
"If you lose tomorrow’s match, it means the title race becomes difficult. That is why we understand the importance of winning so we can increase the gap between us and our rivals," said Zimbwe Jr.
