Yanga attacking midfielder Mudathir Yahya continued his fine scoring form today, netting two goals to help his team secure a 3-0 victory over Pamba Jiji.
For the second consecutive match, Yanga started without a natural striker, missing Prince Dube and Laurindo Depu, who are still recovering before returning to action after injuries.
With his brace today, Mudathir has now taken his tally to seven goals, placing him just behind the league’s top scorer, Fabrice Ngoy of Namungo FC, who has eight goals.
Mudathir is currently Yanga’s top scorer, followed by forwards Depu and Dube, who have each scored six goals.
Pacome Zouzoua sits fourth on the list with five goals to his name.
