Young Africans SC (Yanga) are expected to resume training on Monday, March 30, 2026, as they begin preparations for their NBC Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons, scheduled for April 4 at the KMC Complex.
Yanga’s Head of Information and Communications, Ali Kamwe, confirmed that the team will return to training with renewed energy after nearly a week-long break.
“On March 30, the team will enter camp to prepare for the Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons at the KMC Complex.”
“All players without any health issues, along with the technical bench which has been strengthened by assistant coach Abduhamid Moalin, are ready to improve Yanga and continue their winning run in the league,” Kamwe said.
Kamwe also provided an update on injured players, stating that four of them have already resumed gym training and could rejoin full team training on Monday.
He mentioned Prince Dube, Edmund John, Chadrack Boka, and Ibrahim Bacca as progressing well, while striker Laurindo Aurelio ‘Depu’ remains under medical supervision and may need about another week before returning to the squad.
