The NBC Premier League has paused its fixtures for the FIFA match calendar, which runs until the end of this week.
The league is expected to resume at the beginning of April, with defending champions Young Africans SC (Yanga) set to face Tanzania Prisons on April 4 at the KMC Complex.
Heading into the final matches of the second round, Yanga and Azam FC are the only clubs that remain unbeaten so far, both at home and away.

Yanga has now played 36 consecutive league matches without defeat. This remarkable run is expected to continue, and after the FIFA break, the team has promised to return stronger to defend their league title for a fifth consecutive season.
