After their emphatic 5–0 victory over JKT Tanzania, Yanga’s next stop is a high-stakes clash against their arch-rivals Simba.
It will be the 54th edition of the Kariakoo Derby, scheduled to be played on Sunday, March 1, at the New Amaan Complex.
Recently, Simba wrote to the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) questioning the citizenship status of midfielder Mohamed Damaro Camara, who was granted Tanzanian citizenship last season while playing for Singida BS, according to the Immigration Department.
Now, the Wananchi have handed Damaro his first league derby appearance of the season.
IT’S DAMARO DAY…!
