The Yanga squad will depart Dar es Salaam today, Saturday, December 6, traveling by train to Dodoma where they will face Coastal Union in a Premier League match scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, at the Jamhuri Stadium.
Yanga’s Media and Communications Manager, Ali Kamwe, confirmed that the team will leave Dar at 8:00 AM. Upon arrival in Dodoma, the players will have time to rest before conducting their final preparations at the Jamhuri grounds.
Kamwe has urged Yanga fans to turn out in large numbers tomorrow to support their team in what will be their final match of the year 2025.
“This is our last match of the year 2025, so I urge our supporters to show up in large numbers and stand behind the team.”
“The league will pause for a month, and we do not want it to stop with us having lost any match. Our target is to win this game.”
“Our players are ready. We had a fatigue challenge in the previous match, but I believe the past two days have been enough for recovery. Expect to see a better Yanga on Sunday,” Kamwe said.
