Yanga President Engineer Hersi Said has assured the club's members and fans that the current transfer window, which opened on July 1, has seen the team make its best signings in recent history.
Hersi made this statement today in Kigamboni after participating in the Kigamboni All Stars charity match.
The chairman of the African Club Association (ACA) urged fans to remain calm as the transfer processes are finalized, assuring them that once the new players are officially unveiled, his statement will be justified.
"This season's signings will be the best we’ve ever made in recent years."
"I urge Yanga fans to stay calm. Once we begin unveiling, you will understand exactly what I mean," said Hersi.
So far, Yanga appears to be leading the transfer market, reportedly securing the signatures of several high-profile players from various clubs.
The club is expected to begin announcing the new signings starting next week, ahead of their pre-season preparations set to begin later this month.
