The Premier League Board has issued a statement postponing the league match between Yanga and Simba which was scheduled to be played today at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
A statement issued by the Board has stated that the Committee needs time to review evidence of some of the incidents that led to Simba club failing to conduct their final training session at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium yesterday
The Board has stated that the match will be rescheduled for another date
However, Yanga gave its position earlier that it would not be ready to play the match on a date other than today as the club believes all the preparatory procedures for the match were followed
Yanga is expected to send the team to the field at the time the match should be played
