Yanga head coach Sead Ramovic has said that despite being eliminated from the Champions League, they will not put their heads down and will continue with the 'project' to build a stronger team
Yesterday Yanga was forced to a draw against MC Alger in a game in which the Citizens needed a win to reach the quarter finals
Speaking after the game, Ramovic said they were hurt by not having the chance to advance but they should not give up and think this is the end of Yanga because the work has just begun
"It wasn't a good result because we should have won this game but it wasn't to be, we are out of the competition"
"We created three or four open chances that if we were careful we would have used them to score. But I must say that it is often not easy to play against this type of team that is behind all the time"
"We chose to attack from the left side but I can say the last few crosses were not good"
"We will make a detailed assessment to see which areas we have done well and which areas we have done poorly in order to improve further. This is a project that we should continue with, I believe we will have a great team that will bring great success in the future," said Ramovic
After being eliminated from the Champions League, Ramovic should ensure his team defends the Premier League title as well as the FA Cup
