Legal Director of Yanga club Simon Patrick has questioned the incident of a player signing in two teams and being allowed to play league matches contrary to the instructions of the rules
Simon's message posted on the social network is aimed at player Yusuph Kagoma who has signed for Yanga and Simba clubs
Yanga sent an objection to the Law and Status Committee of TFF players to question the legality of the player to serve Simba when he signed a valid contract to serve Yanga
"Rule 41 (13) of the 2024/2025 Premier League Regulations states that a player who is found to have signed contracts with more than one team will be banned from playing football locally and abroad for a period of 1 to 3 years"< /em>
"In the Cuban league, there is a player with two contracts, and he has already played two league matches. A quick assessment shows that when the rules affect the team, many stakeholders agree that it is the right way to promote our football"
em>"But when it comes to players, stakeholders become like guardians or parents, emphasizing prudent use by arguing that a player's life is short," questioned Simon
