The champions of Mainland Tanzania, Yanga today start their campaign to seek the fourth consecutive championship of the NBC premier league by facing Kagera Sugar in a game that will be played at the Kaitaba stadium
The match that is eagerly awaited by football fans in the country, will be played from 5 pm
The change in the time of the game was confirmed by the League Board yesterday after the request of Azam TV to ensure that the fans who will follow the game through television get better pictures
Yanga landed in Kagera yesterday and in the evening coach Miguel Gamondi's youth had the chance to do their last training at the Kaitaba stadium
Obviously it will be a tough match with strong opposition as Kagera Sugar have never been easy opponents when they play against Yanga especially at the Kaitaba Stadium
In that game, Yanga will miss players Yao Kouassi and Farid Mussa who are injured while midfielder Khalid Aucho returns after recovering from a muscle challenge
It is the beginning of another season for Yanga, the Citizens have high expectations for their team which has already shown great quality from the pre-season, Community Shield and previous matches in the Champions League
