The Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court in Dar es Salaam has accepted Yanga's request and given 14 days to review the case concerning the club's Board of Trustees against Juma Magoma and his colleagues
Through the Legal Director of Yanga Club Ndg. Simon Patrick at the Press Conference on July 17, noted that they will ask the Court to give them time to review the case
"The club has asked the Court to postpone the time for the club to review the case because the club never participated in the case," said Simon
RPM R.S Mushi's statement says Yanga's request has been accepted by the Court, so Yanga Club has been given 14 days to review the case
It is clear that Yanga will now have the opportunity to appeal against the judgment given on August 02 2023 and present its arguments along with evidence on the fraud that took place
