Yesterday the Yanga squad started pre-season preparations, the players doing health tests and in the evening starting Gym training
Yanga Information and Communication Manager Ali Kamwe said the second group of players is expected to arrive today where by Wednesday all players will have reported to Avic Town
"We started preparations today (yesterday) where in the morning the players underwent health tests at the Aga Khan Hospital and in the evening the team started training"
"We expect the second group of other players to enter today. These are the players who had responsibilities for the national teams, so they were given more time off"
"Until Wednesday, we expect all the players to be in the camp," said Kamwe
Among the players who are expected to arrive today is midfielder Stephane Aziz Ki who was on vacation in Ivory Coast
Others are Djigui Diarra, Ibrahim Bacca, Bakari Nondo Mwamnyeto, Kennedy Musonda and Khalid Aucho
In another step, Yanga Manager Walter Harrison has said that they have started the pre-season with a special light training program with the Gym where on Thursday they will start field training
