Despite winning the Premier League title this season with three games in hand, Yanga's coach, Miguel Gamondi, has said that they have not yet reached their goals this season until they win the FA Cup championship
The coach has asked his players to remember their plans since they started the season. Gamondi has said that they need to continue to fight and win the FA Cup championship in order to fulfill the goals they have set for themselves since the start of this 2023/2024 season
"We haven't finished the season yet, we had three championships, the Champions League, the Premier League and the FA Cup. For me, although we have achieved our goals in two competitions, I still need to see that we win the FA Cup," said Gamondi. >
The Argentinian coach said that in the African Champions League, although they were eliminated in the quarter-finals, they achieved the goals they had set for themselves before starting the big African championships
"Our main goal was to play in the group stage, we succeeded and went further and played in the quarter-finals, if you go back to the Premier League, we have managed to win the championship, if you look at it now, we still have the FA Cup, which was one of our goals"
