Yesterday Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Sports Gerson Msigwa presented the Tanzanian national team with Tsh 10 million as a bonus of President Samia Suluhu Hassan following the 1-0 victory against Niger
Msigwa handed over the money after the team arrived at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam from Morocco
Also Msigwa said President Samia has bought all the tickets that were left in Regular so fans will get in for free to cheer for the Stars in the game against Morocco tomorrow
"As you know, Hon. President promised giving Shs 10 million for every goal. I am handing over these money to fulfill the President's promise"
"But President Samia has also paid for Regular area with approximately 30,000 seats for Tanzanians who will come to cheer on the national team on Tuesday November 21 at the Benjamini Mkapa Stadium as part of a special campaign to participate in the world cup," said Msigwa
The match against Morocco will be played on Tuesday Nov 21 at Benjamin Mkapa stadium, at 10 pm
