Musonda has made it clear that he has a great desire to play the match to give happiness to Yanga fans and introduce himself to Tanzanian football
Musonda is among the four players signed by Yanga in the min registration window, joining Mudathir Yahya, Mamadou Doumbia and Metacha Mnata
Musonda joined Yanga from Power Dynamos, the leaders of the Zambian Premier League
The star arrived in the country on Saturday, on Sunday he trained with his colleagues at Avic Town and on Monday he was given a chance in the Premier League game against Ihefu, where he played for 27 minutes seeing Yanga emerging with a 1-0 victory
"I am thankful for successfully getting the chance to play my first game, I thank the coach for believing in me despite the fact that I missed most of the preparations for the game"
"I had a lot of good times while in Zambia and got the chance to play many games, especially the big ones, I know here in Tanzania there is a big game of Yanga and Simba which is one of the best games in Africa, I have a great desire to to play the game and make the fans happy," said Musonda
Yanga and Simba will meet in the premier league game which will be played on April 09th at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium
