Yanga Assistant Coach Cedric Kaze has said that their plan is to do well in the next three league matches before focusing their efforts on the confederation Cup knockout match against Club Africain of Tunisia
Yanga fell to the confederation Cup after being defeated by Al Hilal of Sudan in the African Champions League with a total of 2-1 goals, so in the draw for the knockout matches to qualify for the group stage yesterday, it is scheduled to start at home on November 2 against Club Africain
Kaze said they have seen the schedule and the opponent they will play against in the confederation Cup, they will start following the team even though their thoughts are currently focused on the league matches
"Before playing against Club Africain we have three league games including this Sunday (against Simba), first we need to do well in these matches before thinking about Club Africain
"But we will continue to monitor them so that when the match comes we will be ready with a strategy to get good results," said Kaze
Yanga returned to training yesterday to start preparations for the game against Simba which will be played on Sunday October 23 at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
Before facing Club Africain Yanga will play three league matches against Simba, KMC and Geita Gold
