Yanga head coach Nasreddine Nabi said that 10 days are enough for him to prepare his team to ensure that they perform well in the Champions League against Al Hilal of Sudan.
After Yanga defeated Zalan FC of South Sudan in the initial stage of the Champions League with a total of 9-0 goals, the first round will now start at home against Al Hilal who defeated St. George of Ethiopia for the benefit of the away goal after the overall result was 2-2.
Al Hilala conceded a 2-1 away defeat before winning at home with a 1-0 goal, thus benefiting from the away goal, while Yanga won the first game 4-0 and then the return game to emerge with 5-0 victory, thanks to their dangerous striker, Fiston Mayele, who scored six goals with a hat-trick in each of the two games.
Yanga have already started fitness training at the Gymkhana in Dar es Salaam and today they will start field training for the Premier League game against Ruvu Shooting which will be followed by the game against Al Hilal
Nabi has said that before facing off with Ruvu Shooting, they will have done some tough training that will give them answers heading into the African Champions League (CAFCL) game against Al Hilal of Sudan.
He said gym training will help his players to increase their stamina and give them the ability to fight for all 90 minutes, to work on the shortcomings he saw in the existing matches.
"I have prepared a special program for my players, my expectation is 10 days from today until the day of the match, the players will be strong, especially the offensive line to pay attention to the opportunities they get in the match," said Nabi.< /p>
