Taifa Stars Coach Miguel Gamondi Names Squad for Uganda and Rwanda Friendlies

Taifa Stars head coach Miguel Gamondi has officially announced the squad that will enter camp in preparation for two international friendly matches against Uganda and Rwanda during the FIFA international window.

The squad features a blend of players from the domestic league and those playing professional football abroad, a move aimed at increasing competition within the team and continuing to build Taifa Stars ahead of upcoming international tournaments.

Among the selected players are goalkeepers Zuber Foba and Aishi Manula, while the defense will be led by Yona Amos, Nickson Kibabage, Bakari Mwamnyeto, and Haji Mnoga.

In midfield, fans will have the opportunity to watch stars such as Mudathiri Yahya, Charles M'Mombwa, Feisal Salum, and Bakari Msimu orchestrating play in the center of the pitch.

The attacking department has also been strengthened with experienced and pacey players including Simon Msuva, Selemani Mwalimu, Said Khamis, and Tarryn Allarakhia.
