Yanga attacking midfielder Stephane Aziz Ki still has some way to go before reaching the 100 per cent level of performance he displayed two seasons ago, before joining Wydad AC, according to some of his team's supporters.
However, despite those expectations, Aziz Ki has made a promising start to his duties with the Wananchi, with the statistics highlighting his contribution to the team.
In the four league matches he has played, Aziz Ki has provided assists in three different games, recording three assists. He is just one behind Hussein Zakouane, who currently leads Yanga's assist charts with four.
The only match in which Aziz Ki did not provide an assist was against Kagera Sugar, when he was sent off in the 18th minute.
With the league currently on hold for the FIFA international break, Aziz Ki will have time to further improve his fitness and form ahead of Yanga's important CAF Champions League group-stage fixtures.
