Former Yanga midfielder Mohamed Doumbia has found a new club after joining Hassania d’Agadir, who compete in Morocco’s top-flight Botola Pro.
The Ivory Coast international has joined the Moroccan giants on a season-long loan from Yanga SC.
The move comes after the midfielder completed his loan spell with South African club Marumo Gallants, where he enjoyed a highly successful campaign last season before briefly returning to Dar es Salaam and reporting back to his parent club, Yanga.
Reports from Morocco indicate that Doumbia has already been included in Hassania d’Agadir’s first-team squad and has made a positive start to life at the club.
In his first two matches since joining the club, the midfielder has played the full 90 minutes on both occasions, demonstrating that he has already earned the confidence of the coaching staff.
This is the final season of his two-year contract with Yanga, meaning Doumbia will become a free agent once his loan spell in Morocco comes to an end.
