Yanga head coach Manqoba Mngqithi has called on the club's fans in Arusha to turn out in large numbers at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium for their Premier League clash against Fountain Gate.
Tomorrow, Monday, at 4:00 p.m., Yanga will face Fountain Gate away at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium in a fifth-round encounter.
Speaking to journalists earlier today ahead of the match, Mngqithi said he expects a difficult contest, particularly because Fountain Gate are coached by Fredy Minziro, who knows Yanga well.
He said that despite failing to win their previous matches, Fountain Gate have shown that they are a competitive side and should not be underestimated.
“These are among the difficult matches, and it is very important that we win. We know Fountain Gate have a good coach who has previously been part of Yanga's technical bench, so he understands the club's culture. He is experienced and has good players. As Yanga, we have to work hard to win tomorrow.”
