Young Africans SC (Yanga) are reportedly pursuing the signature of Al-Merrikh SC attacking midfielder and winger Aboubakar Bachir Bangoura, according to reports.
The 20-year-old Guinean enjoyed an outstanding 2025/26 season, earning recognition as Al-Merrikh's Player of the Season after also winning the club's Player of the Month award.
Bangoura is known for his pace, dribbling ability, and significant contribution in attack, earning him the nickname "Guinea's Vinícius Jr."
His impressive performances have attracted interest from several clubs, with Yanga reported to be among those looking to secure his signature during the current transfer window.
Yanga have made strengthening the wide attacking positions a key priority and have also been linked with Kaizer Chiefs winger Makabi Lilepo and Al Hilal winger Jean Claude Girumugisha.
