Rwanda international striker Jeannine Mukandayisenga has been officially unveiled by China's Wuhan Jiangda Women's Football Club, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her career after an outstanding spell in the Tanzania Women's Premier League.
Jeannine leaves Yanga Princess after two highly successful seasons with the club, during which she established herself as one of the most dangerous forwards in Tanzanian women's football.
During the 2025/26 season, the Rwandan star finished as the top scorer in the Tanzania Women's Premier League, making a significant contribution to Yanga Princess with her goals and consistently impressive performances.
Her achievements earned her the opportunity to move to one of the world's most competitive women's football leagues.
She follows in the footsteps of other players who have progressed from Yanga Princess to successful careers abroad, including Aisha Masaka and Clara Luvanga.
