Mohamed Doumbia, Moussa Balla Konte, Offen Chikola, Ecua Celestin, and Denis Nkane have all reached the end of their loan spells and are set to return as Yanga continue evaluating their squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Doumbia enjoyed a successful loan spell with South African club Marumo Gallants, while Ecua Celestin spent the season with Algerian side JS Kabylie.
JS Kabylie had initially agreed to sign Ecua on a permanent deal, but the club has reportedly abandoned those plans after deciding that his performances did not meet their expectations.
Reports indicate that Yanga have already opened discussions with Ecua over the possibility of terminating his contract. Similar talks are also expected regarding Doumbia, who could complete a permanent move to Marumo Gallants.
Meanwhile, Konte, Nkane, and Chikola remain under contract with Yanga, with decisions regarding their futures expected before the start of the new season.
Yanga President Hersi Said has promised significant improvements to the squad as the club prepares for the 2026/27 campaign. He said the objective is to build an even stronger team capable of reclaiming every domestic trophy they missed this season while also mounting a stronger challenge in the CAF Champions League.
