Zimbabwe international striker Prince Dube has officially joined Zimbabwean club Hardrock FC following the expiry of his contract with Tanzanian champions Yanga SC.
A source in Zimbabwe has confirmed that Dube has signed a two-year contract that will keep him at Hardrock FC until 2028, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career after two successful seasons with Yanga.
The move sees the striker return to his home country, where he will become part of the Hardrock FC squad. Based in Kwekwe, the club earned promotion to the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League after winning the 2025 Central Region title and now plays its home matches at the 15,000-seat Chahwanda Stadium.
Dube leaves Yanga after making a significant impact at the club. He joined the Tanzanian giants in 2024 from Azam FC and became one of the team's key performers.
During the 2025/26 season, the striker scored 10 league goals and played an important role in helping Yanga win a fifth consecutive Tanzania Mainland Premier League title. In addition to his goals, Dube demonstrated his versatility by playing both as a central striker and in wide attacking positions.
He has also maintained his impressive form with the Zimbabwe national team, where he has become one of the Warriors' most reliable attacking players in international competitions.
For Hardrock FC, the signing of Dube represents part of the club's ambition to build a competitive squad following promotion to the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League. The club has continued to invest in both its playing squad and infrastructure, including the development and use of the modern Chahwanda Stadium.
