Yanga attacking midfielder Pacome Zouzoua featured for only 45 minutes in today’s Premier League match against Singida Black Stars.
Yanga team doctor, Dr. Moses Etutu, confirmed that Pacome suffered an injury above the knee and was therefore unable to continue in the match, which Yanga won 3-0.
According to the initial medical update, the injury does not appear to be serious, although the player is scheduled to undergo further examinations on Saturday.
Yanga are preparing for their next match against Namungo FC on Monday at KMC Complex. After that fixture, there will be an approximately two-week break to allow for the FIFA international calendar.
