Yanga SC have returned to training today as they finalize preparations for their NBC Premier League match against KMC, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 06, at KMC Complex.
Head coach Pedro Gonçalves revealed that he gave his players one day off following their recent match against Simba.
He stated that the team is now back in camp with renewed energy, with the main objective being to secure a victory against KMC.
"After the match against Simba, we gave the players one day of rest. We have had a busy run of fixtures, so it was important to allow them time to recover and reset."
"We understand the difficulty of the match against KMC. They are fighting to avoid relegation, so we must not underestimate them."
"We need to prepare well for this match, especially with a tight schedule of upcoming fixtures," said Pedro.
After facing KMC, Yanga will return to KMC Complex just three days later to take on Coastal Union.
