Young Africans SC striker Clement Mzize has shown encouraging signs of recovery, raising hopes that he could return to action before the end of the season.
Mzize, who has struggled with recurring injuries for much of the season, underwent surgery in South Africa at the end of February after it was determined that he required advanced medical treatment.
Initial reports indicated that the striker was expected to remain sidelined until the end of the season to complete his rehabilitation and recovery program.
However, new updates suggest that his condition is improving faster than expected, which has boosted optimism within the Yanga squad.
It is reported that Mzize is currently undergoing intensive individual training sessions, working hard with the aim of returning in time to help the team in the final stages of the season.
The striker has shown strong determination to return early, increasing his effort in daily workouts under the close supervision of the technical bench and the club’s medical staff.
