Yanga’s squad officially returned to training yesterday to prepare for the final matches of the second round of the NBC Premier League as well as the CRDB Cup competitions.
Before the evening training session began, journalists were given the opportunity to conduct interviews with the players and technical bench, as it was also designated as a special Media Day.
After the session, the team officially began training programs under Head Coach Pedro Goncalves and his assistant Abdulhamid Moalin, who officially started his duties yesterday.
Yanga is preparing for a Premier League match against Tanzania Prisons, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at the KMC Complex.
After a sluggish first-round performance, the team is determined to come back strongly in the second round to ensure they defend the Premier League title for a fifth consecutive season.
