Despite a tough schedule, Yanga head coach Pedro Goncalves has stated that his players must fight to secure all three points in their Premier League match against JKT Tanzania.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25, Yanga will host JKT Tanzania at the KMC Complex, with kickoff scheduled for 6:00 PM.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the game, Goncalves admitted that the team has had limited time to prepare but expressed confidence in his squad’s readiness and determination to defend Yanga’s emblem.
"The truth is we have very little time to prepare for the next match. We must organize well to ensure we get results despite the time constraints."
"We have a series of difficult matches. In the Namungo game, we faced challenging conditions but still managed results. As a big team, we must overcome every obstacle."
"Our opponents, JKT, have had adequate time to prepare for our match. They are a good team with plenty of motivation."

Speaking on behalf of his teammates, striker Emmanuel Mwanengo acknowledged the difficulty of the upcoming match but vowed that Yanga will fight to secure three points despite the demanding schedule.
"We have a slightly tough schedule. We arrived yesterday and haven’t had enough time to rest. But as players, it is our responsibility to be ready at all times. We will do our final training today, and I believe morale is high among the players."
"JKT has experienced players who have played against big teams. This might be a tougher game than the previous one. Their style of play is similar to ours in terms of ball possession."
