Yanga attacking midfielder Celestin Ecua is on the verge of joining Algerian club JS Kabylie, it has been confirmed.
Ecua is expected to arrive at Kabylie on a one-year loan deal.
Yanga have already removed Ecua from their plans. Previously, he had been linked with a move to South African side Sekhukhune United alongside Mohamed Doumbia, who is also no longer part of Wananchi’s plans.
Yanga have added three foreign players during the mini transfer window — Depu, Allan Okello, and Yao Kouassi — while parting ways with And Boyeli, Doumbia, and Ecua.
Ecua could potentially face Yanga in the CAF Champions League when the two teams meet in the final group-stage match in Group D.
