Yanga have announced a surprise goalkeeper signing, unveiling Hussein Masalanga from Singida Black Stars.
Earlier, many had expected Yona Amos to be unveiled, as he had been strongly linked with a move to the reigning champions for several weeks.
Masalanga recently represented the Tanzania national team, Taifa Stars, at the 2025 AFCON, where he was part of the squad that made history by qualifying for the Round of 16 for the first time.
