Angolan international striker Laurindo Aurélio “Depú,” who is awaiting official unveiling by Yanga, has already arrived in the country.
Depú, who is joining Yanga from Polish club Radomiak Radom, is expected to travel to Zanzibar today.
The star forward is expected to watch the Mapinduzi Cup semifinal match between Yanga and Singida Black Stars, scheduled to kick off at 8:00 p.m. at the New Amaan Complex.
If Yanga advance to the final, Depú could be given the opportunity to make his first appearance for the club in the final against Azam FC.
Depú will also be included in Yanga’s squad for the CAF Champions League (CAFCL) competition.
