Today marks the birthday of Yanga’s creative midfielder Mohamed Doumbia, popularly known as “AI.”
Doumbia is among the new signings completed by Yanga during the previous transfer window, arriving to fill the gap left by Stephane Aziz Ki, who moved to Wydad AC.
So far, one could say that Wananchi fans have yet to fully witness the quality that earned him widespread praise when he joined Yanga.
Doumbia is still adapting to the environment of the Tanzania Mainland Premier League, and perhaps it is only a matter of time before he shows his true value.
