As 2025 draws to a close, the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) has released its ranking of the world’s top 500 clubs, covering the period from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025.
In the list, Yanga are among the 31 African clubs that have made it into the world’s top 500.
Yanga are ranked 159th globally and 7th in Africa, while their rivals Simba are placed 11th in Africa and 192nd in the world.
Pyramids FC continue to lead the list of Africa’s best clubs, ranking 30th in the world.
