Yanga’s Information and Communications Manager, Ali Kamwe, has continued to pile pressure on their rivals Simba, who recently announced they were holding special prayers on his behalf.
Kamwe has boasted of having a “SPY” around the Msimbazi area who has been feeding him with key information from within Simba’s management.
As if that were not enough, yesterday he hinted at Yanga’s plan to cause turmoil at Msimbazi by luring away one of Simba’s current key players.
Through a post he shared on his social media page, Kamwe revealed that the player in question has less than six months remaining on his contract, meaning that under the law Yanga are allowed to open negotiations with him and offer a pre-contract.
“When a player has six months remaining on his contract, the law allows him to open talks with another club and sign a pre-contract. Thank you very much Engineer Hersi, very soon I will start boasting about our player without any worries,” Kamwe wrote.
Rumors circulating on social media have mentioned attacking midfielder Morice Abraham, who joined Simba in the previous transfer window on a one-year contract.
