The Yanga squad is expected to return to training today after a one-week break.
Despite the league being suspended for nearly six weeks to make way for the Afcon 2025 tournament, which is set to begin next week in Morocco, Yanga head coach Pedro Goncalves has prepared a special training program to ensure his players do not go for a long period without training.
After resuming training, Yanga will train for about one week before breaking again for the Christmas holidays.
However, due to the Mapinduzi Cup, which is scheduled to kick off on December 29, this program could change, especially considering that Yanga is among the teams expected to participate in the tournament.
Initially, after the Christmas break, Yanga were expected to resume training again on December 29.
