Yanga head coach Pedro Goncalves has already submitted his squad reinforcement report ahead of the upcoming midseason transfer window.
Yanga’s Media and Communications Manager, Ali Kamwe, confirmed that the club’s leadership has begun working on the recommendations contained in the report.
“The coach has already submitted his reinforcement report, and the club leadership is working hard to ensure his recommendations are implemented,” said Kamwe.
“Usually, the midseason transfer window makes it difficult to sign top-quality, high-level players, but the management is committed to fulfilling what the coach has proposed,” he added.
It is reported that one of the key areas Goncalves has identified for improvement is the attacking department, with Yanga already being linked to Angolan striker Laurindo Dilson ‘DEPU’, who is said to be a direct recommendation from the coach.
Yanga is also reported to be in the process of signing TRA United striker Emmanuel Mwanengo.
