After unveiling head coach Pedro Gonçalves from Portugal, Yanga have also appointed Portuguese coach Filipe Pedro as his assistant.
The two have previously worked together at various clubs, so it is no surprise they reunite again to take on the major task of leading Yanga.
Their most recent assignment together was with the Portugal national team setup. Pedro has also coached Ekenäs in Finland, Casa in Portugal and youth teams at Sporting Lisbon.
