Yanga SC’s Annual General Meeting of members is being held today, Sunday, September 7, at the Super Dome in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
The meeting will be broadcast live on Azam TV starting from 9:00 a.m.
The AGM has been convened in line with Article 20 of the club’s 2021 constitution and features 10 key agenda items.
These agenda points—originally announced by the club’s president, Hersi Said, on August 8 this year—include the opening session, verification of members, confirmation of the agenda, and review of the minutes of the previous meeting.
Other items include matters arising from the previous minutes, the President’s address, receiving and discussing reports from the Executive Committee, approval of the audited financial statements from the previous year along with the presentation of revenue and expenditure, confirmation of the budget for the upcoming year, and finally, the closing of the meeting.
