Yanga Club will conclude the peak of Citizen’s Week on September 12 with an international friendly match against Kenya’s Bandari FC.
This festival, which has become a major tradition for the Citizens, aims to introduce fans to new players alongside veterans of the squad, while also ushering in the new season.
Yanga captain, Bakari Mwamnyeto, has extended a special invitation to the team’s supporters, urging them to show up in large numbers to witness what the club has prepared for them.
Mwamnyeto said preparations are going well at Avic Town, assuring fans that unique entertainment has been organized for them by their team.
“We are progressing well with preparations for this big and joyous day for Yanga Club. I want to tell the fans to come out in large numbers to witness what we have prepared for them. Every player here in camp is eagerly awaiting this unique day,” said Mwamnyeto.
Yanga, currently in camp at Avic Town, continues its preparations to ensure everything goes smoothly ahead of this grand festival, which has become a key event in the champions’ calendar.
Fans are expected to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience at the stadium, including the unveiling of the new squad, live entertainment, and the friendly match against visiting Kenyan side, Bandari FC.
