Yanga’s goal remains safe under the protection of three goalkeepers — Djigui Diarra, Abdutwalib Mshery, and Aboubakar Khomein.
Now working under new goalkeeper coach Majdi Mnasria, expectations are high that they will continue to guard the “Wananchi” net securely in the coming 2025/26 season, as Yanga aim to maintain success both domestically and internationally.

Mnasria, a Tunisian national, is a highly experienced coach who previously had two stints at the Durban-based club.
Brought into Yanga on the recommendation of head coach Romain Folz, he has also coached in Tunisia, Algeria, and South Africa, working with several clubs including Golden Arrows, El Gawafel Sportives de Gafsa, Stade Gabesien, Avenir Sportif de Kasserine, and ES Metlaoui of Tunisia.
His vast experience is expected to bring significant improvements to the team’s goalkeepers — Djigui Diarra, Abdutwalib Mshery, and Aboubakar Khomein.
