Yanga SC are reportedly finalising the signing of winger Edmund John from Singida Black Stars.
Edmund has been included in Yanga’s squad that travelled to Rwanda for their friendly match against Rayon Sports, scheduled for tomorrow, Friday.
The player will take the place of Clement Mzize, who will depart after the conclusion of the 2024 CHAN tournament at the end of this month.
Tunisian club Esperance are said to be in the final stages of completing Mzize’s transfer.
Edmund is an attacking midfielder who can operate as a winger on either the right or left flank.
