Yanga SC has agreed to allow its striker Clement Mzize to join Al-Sadd SC of Qatar, it has been revealed.
Al-Sadd SC submitted an official offer to Yanga for Mzize, reportedly valued at around TSh 2.2 billion.
Yanga has granted Al-Sadd permission to finalize personal terms with Mzize before completing the transfer process.
Mzize is highly likely to head to Qatar to join the club after the conclusion of the CHAN tournament, which kicked off last Saturday.
Moreover, based on Yanga’s signings in this transfer window, it appears the club had anticipated a potential Mzize departure.
In the attacking department, Yanga has added Andy Boyeli and Ecua Celestin, who can play both as a central striker and as a winger.
