Yanga Sports Club has extended the contract of utility midfielder Aziz Andabwile by two years.
After playing for Yanga on loan last season, the club’s management was impressed with his performance and decided to offer him a two-year extension.
Andabwile has been deployed as a utility player in both defense and midfield positions.
It is now clear that Yanga will primarily use him as a central defender alongside Dickson Job, Ibrahim Bacca, and team captain Bakari Mwamnyeto.
While Job and Bacca are on national team duty, Andabwile, young talent Abubakar Nizar 'Ninju', and Mwamnyeto will take charge of the defensive line.
