Yanga SC continues its unveiling of a revamped technical bench following the arrival of Head Coach Romain Folz.
The reigning Mainland Premier League champions for four consecutive seasons have announced the appointment of Spaniard Manu Rodriguez as the new Assistant Coach.
Rodriguez has worked across various countries in Europe and Africa, where he first met Folz in 2021 while coaching Ghanaian club Ashanti Gold.
He joins Yanga from Costa Rica, where he was the Head Coach overseeing all youth teams, including the U17, U20, and U23 squads.
Just like Folz, Rodriguez worked with FIFA between 2022 and 2024 as a development expert focused on youth talent growth.
He reunites with Folz at Yanga with the shared mission of continuing their title-winning legacy and ensuring the club performs well in the upcoming CAF Champions League campaign.
