Yanga has been invited to Namibia to take part in a special pre-season tournament featuring four clubs that are reigning champions of their respective countries.
The hosts, African Stars (Namibia champions), Petro Atletico (Angola champions), Yanga (Tanzania champions), and Lioli FC (Lesotho champions) will participate in the event.
The matches are scheduled to be played on August 23 and 24, with Yanga confirming their participation.
Ticket sales for the special matches are already underway as the hosts gear up to help the participating teams prepare for the CAF Champions League.

Before heading to Namibia, Yanga is also scheduled to visit Rwanda for Rayon Sports Day on August 15, with the team expected to depart Tanzania on August 13.
Last season, Yanga participated in a similar pre-season tournament in South Africa organized by TS Galaxy, which also featured Augsburg from Germany.
Yanga also competed in the Toyota Cup, defeating Kaizer Chiefs 4-0 to lift the trophy.
